Terms of Service

By accessing and using Sprite AI ('the Service'), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Sprite AI is a web application that allows users to generate pixel-perfect 2D game sprites using AI technology. The Service is provided on a subscription basis where users receive monthly credits to generate sprites.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time.

You must provide accurate and complete registration information when you create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Sprites are generated using credits, available through subscription plans or one-time token packs. Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period.

Token packs are one-time purchases of generation tokens. Pack tokens never expire and do not require a subscription. Plan features, such as custom animation prompts, SVG export, and gallery publishing, require an active subscription. Feature availability is listed on the pricing page.

Subscription prices are subject to change at any time. Existing subscribers at launch pricing keep their rate locked in. We will provide notice of any price changes before they take effect.

Credits reset monthly on your billing date. Unused credits do not roll over to the next period.

Our full refund guarantee applies to your first subscription payment. To qualify, you must request the refund within 14 days of that payment and have used no more than 10% of that billing period's credit allowance. Generation credits are consumed at the moment you run a generation and represent costs we have already incurred, so credits already spent cannot be refunded.

Renewal payments fall outside the guarantee. If you were charged for a renewal period and have not used any credits from it, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund that charge. We do not refund billing periods earlier than the most recent one, whether or not they were used.

Plan upgrades take effect immediately, and the prorated upgrade charge is not separately refundable. Cancelling or downgrading stops future billing but does not refund the current period.

Token pack purchases are refundable only while the purchased credits remain unspent.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically settle within 5 to 10 business days. We may decline requests where we detect abuse of this policy.

Sprites generated using the Service are provided to you for use in your projects. You retain ownership of the sprites you generate.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sprite AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software without our express written permission.

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

You may not use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe upon intellectual property rights, or engage in any malicious activity.

We reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate these prohibitions.

The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall Sprite AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the past 12 months.
