Sprite AI for Aseprite

Generate and animate pixel art with AI, right inside Aseprite.

From install to animation

The whole workflow, about two minutes end to end.

Step 1·Download the extension
Step 2·Install it in Aseprite

Double-click the file, or go to Edit > Preferences > Extensions > Add Extension, then click Install.

Step 3·Add your API key

Create a key on your account, then paste it into File > Scripts > Sprite AI: Set API key. It checks the key and shows your account, so you know it worked.

Step 4·Generate a sprite

Open Sprite > Sprite AI > Generate, describe what you want, and pick a size. The finished sprite opens as a new document.

Step 5·Animate it

With the sprite open, run Sprite > Sprite AI > Animate. Pick a motion and frame count. It comes back as real, timed Aseprite frames.

The two commands

Everything lives under Sprite > Sprite AI. Here is what each one does and what it costs.
